Please be sure to read all special terms below before buying any items!!

Parking

Please be aware this is a condo complex with no visitor parking.  Please do not park on or block any roadways or driveways.  Some parking is available on Carter Crest Road otherwise please find appropriate street parking in the area.  The driveway will be reserved for pick-ups only.  We will be limiting the amount of visitors, so come prepared to wait or come back.  We apologize for any inconvenience.

This sale will only be advertised to our email and Facebook customers and local residents so you may not see street signage.

Please bring packing materials, boxes, bags, dollies, tools, tape, etc, and whatever else you may need for removal of your items as nothing will be provided at the location. Please bring enough assistance to lift heavy items as there will be no one to assist you at the location. 

When entering the house or premises for pick up please enter at your own risk and treat the property with respect.  Note, this is a non-smoking home, pet visited home.  Please bring indoor shoes if you wish as outdoor footwear is required to be removed. 

Sell My Stuff Canada believes in transparency when conducting all business activities. We will do our utmost to represent every item in an honest and straightforward manner. Please remember that most of these items are used and that is reflected in the pricing!

ALL SALES ARE FINAL. We have a very limited refund policy. All of our in-house sales are "buyer beware".  All refund related issues need to be raised at the time of purchase prior to removal and are at the sole discretion of SMSC staff.  Refund requests placed after pick up will not be considered.

SHIPPING POLICY-any purchases that require shipping will have the following charges applied in addition to the courier/postage costs - any packaging materials required will be charged at cost, time and mileage required will be charged at $60/hr and $0.72/km.  The purchaser accepts all risk and responsibility of purchases made that require shipping and will not be refunded in whole or in part for any reason including but not limited to not receiving the package, items broken/not working upon receipt, etc.
